FAQs about waterwalls.
All FAQsHow does a waterwall project typically start?
Send us your project dimensions, drawings, design references, and a brief outlining your requirements through our project form. Our team will review the scope, site conditions, and design intent before providing a written proposal. Once approved, we will develop detailed shop drawings for your review and approval before fabrication begins.
Do you work on commercial and residential projects?
Yes, both. We work on projects of every scale, from private homes and estates to luxury hotels, resorts, spas, golf clubs, restaurants, nightlife venues, and public spaces. Every piece is custom designed to fit its setting, whether that's a private or commercial space.
How do you work?
We design, engineer, and fabricate every piece, and coordinate the logistics and installation details with your team. Most clients work with their own installer; if you don't have one, we can recommend licensed, insured installation partners. After handover, we stay on as your point of contact for maintenance.
Do waterwalls improve air quality?
Yes. Cascading water releases negative ions, helps capture dust and airborne particles, and adds welcome humidity in dry months.
How do I maintain it?
Waterwalls are designed for low, predictable upkeep: an accessible pump and reservoir, periodic cleaning of the face, and regular water treatment. We provide operation and maintenance manuals and offer optional maintenance plans.
Bring us the space. We'll bring the showpiece.
Send your dimensions, drawings, or just an idea, and we'll come back with a detailed written estimate.
