The system behind vitality, rooftop, and infinity pools at hotels, residences, spas, and wellness resorts.

When pools are installed above luxury interior spaces, waterproofing becomes critical. Watertight Composite Pool Systems provide a fully integrated, leak-resistant vessel engineered to protect the spaces and structure below while reducing on-site complexity and providing long-term peace of mind.

The structure is proven watertight in the factory, not on your roof.

Our advanced structural specialty pools combine a self-supporting steel frame with structural panels, sprayed with closed-cell foam for an insulated shell. Every pool is engineered, manufactured, and pressure-checked to be 100% leak-free before tiling.

Because the shell weighs a fraction of concrete or stainless, it makes rooftop, elevated, and underground installations practical without massive structural reinforcement. Pools are CAD-engineered to your finishes and can be built as skimmer, overflow, infinity, or knife-edge, with finishes in ceramic, porcelain, glass, and natural stone.

It's the system behind vitality pools, hydrotherapy pools, mineral pools, and plunge pools at destination spas and wellness resorts. Every vessel starts from your drawings.

FAQs about pools and spas.

All FAQs
How does a pool or spa project typically start?

Send us your project dimensions, drawings, and a brief outlining your requirements through our project form. Our team will review the scope and provide a written proposal for your review and approval. Once the proposal is approved, we will prepare detailed shop drawings for your review and approval before fabrication begins.

Do you work on commercial and residential projects?

Yes, both. We work on projects of every scale, from private homes and estates to luxury hotels, resorts, spas, golf clubs, restaurants, nightlife venues, and public spaces. Every piece is custom designed to fit its setting, whether that's a private or commercial space.

How do you work?

We design, engineer, and fabricate every piece, and coordinate the logistics and installation details with your team. Most clients work with their own installer; if you don't have one, we can recommend licensed, insured installation partners. After handover, we stay on as your point of contact for maintenance.

What is the warranty?

Our specialty pool shells carry a 10-year warranty against water loss from structural fracture or cracking due to manufacturing defects, plus a 5-year warranty on tile adhesion when Element Designs supplies the tile, adhesive, and grout.

How does the weight compare with concrete and stainless steel pools?

Our pool weighs less than half as much as a stainless-steel pool and only a fraction of a concrete pool, which makes rooftop and elevated installations practical without heavy structural reinforcement.

How do I maintain the pool or spa?

The shell itself is inert and insulated, so upkeep is the water chemistry, filtration, and seasonal checks any pool needs, plus the tile and grout inspection described in the warranty. Every project is handed over with an operations and maintenance manual, and we remain available after handover.
