Fire that dances on water. Two powerful elements. One striking architectural statement.

Element Designs brings fire and water together through custom-engineered features that make a lasting impression. From sculptural fire bowls and linear flame troughs to fire integrated with cascading waterwalls, each feature is designed to bring movement, contrast, and visual depth to its surroundings.

A Striking Contrast. One Integrated Design.

The warmth and intensity of fire meet the movement and fluidity of water to create compelling architectural features. Flames rise beside cascading water, creating a striking interplay of light, movement, and texture. Whether integrated into a waterwall, paired with a sculptural basin, or designed as a standalone centerpiece, each feature brings a distinctive visual impact.

We engineer fire features and their supporting systems as a coordinated whole, integrating burners, basins, water systems, ignition, and controls around each project's design and technical requirements. From statement pieces to fully integrated fire-and-water installations, every solution is tailored to the architecture and intended experience of the space.

FAQs about fire.

All FAQs
How does a fire feature project typically start?

Send us your project dimensions, drawings, design references, and a brief outlining your requirements through our project form. Our team will review the scope, site conditions, and design intent before providing a written proposal. Once approved, we will develop detailed shop drawings for your review and approval before fabrication begins.

Do you work on commercial and residential projects?

Yes, both. We work on projects of every scale, from private homes and estates to luxury hotels, resorts, spas, golf clubs, restaurants, nightlife venues, and public spaces. Every piece is custom designed to fit its setting, whether that's a private or commercial space.

How do you work?

We design, engineer, and fabricate every piece, and coordinate the logistics and installation details with your team. Most clients work with their own installer; if you don't have one, we can recommend licensed, insured installation partners. After handover, we stay on as your point of contact for maintenance.

Can fire be combined with water?

Yes. We run flame on water itself, set fire bowls over reflection pools, and place troughs along weir edges, all on one controller.

How do you handle wind and safety?

Electronic ignition, flame sensing, and automatic shut-off come standard on commercial systems. Wind sensors can lower or stop the flame in high winds, and an emergency stop can be added.

How is a fire feature serviced?

Like any gas appliance: once a year the burner, ignition, and flame sensor are inspected, the gas supply and shut-offs are tested, and the media (glass, stone, or steel) is cleaned. Features that burn over water also follow the water-feature routine. We provide an operations manual and can arrange service.

Bring us the space. We'll bring the showpiece.

Send your dimensions, drawings, or just an idea, and we'll come back with a detailed written estimate.
