Spaces Shaped by Engineered Mist

We design and engineer custom high-pressure fog systems that bring atmosphere and cooling to plazas, parks, resort landscapes, and outdoor gathering spaces. Each system is tailored to the project's layout and performance requirements. Most clients work with their own installer; if you don't have one, we can recommend licensed, insured installation partners.

The cutting edge in interactive architecture.

Fog, often used as a special effect in films and art installations, is now making waves in the world of architecture, bringing an ethereal, mysterious touch to spaces. The concept of architectural fog is an innovative exploration of how atmosphere can transform the perception and experience of built environments. When integrated into design, fog not only adds an element of surprise but also shifts the way people interact with their surroundings.

Few special effects are as mysterious – or refreshing – as a misty, vanishing cloud of architectural fog. We shape it as misting arcs over a splash pad, a low bank across still water, or a scrim that cools a plaza in high summer. We engineer nozzles, pumps, and controls to the site and its wind.

FAQs about fog.

All FAQs
How does a fog feature project typically start?

Send us your project dimensions, drawings, design references, and a brief outlining your requirements through our project form. Our team will review the scope, site conditions, and design intent before providing a written proposal. Once approved, we will develop detailed shop drawings for your review and approval before fabrication begins.

Do you work on commercial and residential projects?

Yes, both. We work on projects of every scale, from private homes and estates to luxury hotels, resorts, spas, golf clubs, restaurants, nightlife venues, and public spaces. Every piece is custom designed to fit its setting, whether that's a private or commercial space.

How do you work?

We design, engineer, and fabricate every piece, and coordinate the logistics and installation details with your team. Most clients work with their own installer; if you don't have one, we can recommend licensed, insured installation partners. After handover, we stay on as your point of contact for maintenance.

Can you create a custom design for my space?

Absolutely! We specialize in creating tailored solutions that align with your space and vision. From architectural integration to theme and style preferences, we work closely with you to craft a design that perfectly complements your environment and enhances its overall aesthetic.

How long does it take to complete a project?

The timeline for installation depends on the size and complexity of the design. A typical project may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. We'll provide a detailed timeline during the consultation process, ensuring clear expectations from start to finish.

What does a fog system need to keep running?

High-pressure fog runs filtered water through very fine nozzles, so upkeep is mostly servicing the filtration and keeping the nozzles clear of mineral deposits, with a seasonal check of the pump and lines. We provide an operations manual and can arrange service.

Bring us the space. We'll bring the showpiece.

Send your dimensions, drawings, or just an idea, and we'll come back with a detailed written estimate.
